LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR NIGHT-Village Park

Saturday July 28, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Dear Village Council,

We wanted to take the time to thank you for reviewing our application. We are excited about getting involved in our community! We thought that it would be advantageous to provide a bit more details on what we are planing this summer. We are planning on having a number of games for children as well as some sporting competitions for some of the older youth in the area from 6pm-7pm of the event including some prizes. The second hour of the event from 7pm-8pm we will have live music entertainment.

We are also looking into some sort of inflatable to rent for these events in addition to a kettle corn food truck for the event. Free food will be offered at the even as well. We really want to provide a bi-monthly recurring event, free to the public to give our community something fun, safe and constructive to do throughout the summer. We have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the community of Roseville! Thank you for taking the time to review this application and we are looking forward to becoming more involved with the community.

Sincerely,

Marcus Barnhart
