Thank you for your interest in our UST closure project. Based on your questions and comments during the pre-bid site visit, we have prepared Addendum #1 to clarify the scope of the work.

The Village of Roseville was awarded Ohio Development Services Agency funds for an Abandoned Gas Station Cleanup project to perform Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure and is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested contractors.
The Village of Roseville will contract with the contractor judged by T&M Associates and the Village of Roseville that will be able to provide the services. We reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals shall be labeled RFP UST Closure Activities and submitted no later than Friday, April 30, 2021 at 3pm as follows:

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the site addressed at 452 Zanesville Rd, Roseville, Ohio.
