The Village is opening the Community Center located at 13047 Karl Brown Rd. between the hours of 12pm and 8pm for a cooling station for the residents. The Community Center will be opened Tuesday, June 18th-Friday, June 21st.

Annual Sewer Rate Review

Annually water and sewer rates are reviewed by looking at expenses, forecasting future expenses along with covering debt. Effective April 10, 2024 sewer rates increased by 9%.

Sewer charges are based off of water usage. The minimum water usage is 480 cubic feet.

The minimum bill for in town customers will change from $133.70 to $138.30 which is a difference of $4.60 for the bi-monthly bill which is $69.15 per month.
